The cultures of western China have been fading away rapidly, they've been swallowed by the dark side of history and probably will not show up anymore. Therefore, it needs us to save them urgently. As I know, some people in western China no longer paste red couplets in New Year’s Day. In contrary, they know when Christmas Day, Valentine's Day and Fool's Day comes. The strong Western cultures have penetrated into almost every village in western China, including some religions, such as Western Protestantism and Catholicism. Chinese traditional culture is being shocked, and almost having no place in contemporary culture, that requires the revitalization of the Buddhist culture.

China Threat Theory was made up by the West, however, Mrs. Thatcher who possesses distinguished vision was holding an excellent point that the West would never be threaten by China, for lacking of a dominant and invasive cultures. As a result, China Threat Theory would not be established.

Therefore，Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and China Research Institute of Religion has come up a slogan presenting Shamanistic culture to the world recently for it's the Chinese native culture.Shamanistic culture consider that All creations have their souls with the respect towards nature , they just like every single grass and tree have spirits as human beings ,so we human beings have to respect all creations as well and live with them in harmony. We are in desperate need of this kind of philosophy and culture.

Unfortunately, Shamanistic culture has gone into fading day by day. so if any friend present today want to devote yourselves to human happiness, there're lots of significant things worth doing，such as saving those wise cultures included in Chinese cultures which have being drowned by globalization wave. So, what we can do? Just using these wise cultures to light up the torch of your inner heart, then the torch will turn into your name to illuminate more and more needed hearts. Let the Chinese cultures be one of the most benefic elements in the world. We should embark on this as soon as possible. (when those people who carry on Liangzhou eminent are dying generation by generation ,when the young stop to learn Liangzhou eminent，when Buddhist culture is fading away )so ,all these wise cultures need us to concern , to mine ,and to develop.

世界在飞快地消失，历史的暗夜会把西部许许多多的生活、文化以及众多的东西淹没，可能再也不会出现。为此，才需要我们去抢救。我告诉大家，有些西部的老百姓，已经在过年的时候不贴对联了。但他们却知道圣诞节、情人节、愚人节。西方的强势文化已经侵入中国西部的几乎每一个村落。包括一些宗教，比如西方的基督教、天主教。当代文化中间，传统文化已经被挤压得没什么位置了。这时，才需要佛教文化的振兴。

西方人炮制了中国威胁论，但撒切尔夫人却有一个非常精彩的论点。她说，中国永远不能对西方构成威胁，因为中国没有一种非常强势的、能够输入西方的文化。所以，中国永远不可能对西方构成威胁。没有这种强势文化的时候，所有的威胁都不存在。她非常有眼光。

但这个萨满教文化也在一天一天的没落。因此，今天在座的好多朋友，如果想作白龙马的话，会有许多非常重要的事情值得你去做。就是要抢救中国文化中间即将被全球化浪潮淹没的许多善文化。用这些善文化点燃你心灵的火把，再将心灵的火把变成你的文字，再去照亮更多的人。让我们中国传统文化，成为人类文化中最有益的营养。这迫在眉睫，时不我待。比如承载凉州贤孝的瞎仙们一代代地死了，年轻的人再也不学这个东西。佛教文化也是这样。所以，才需要许多人去关心那些文化、挖掘那些文化、弘扬那些文化。
