Generally sorts the part status of brightness arising into five. Take sleeping brightness as an example. At the very end of four emptiness in the preliminary practice of five characters in central nadi, learn the discussion knowledge that everything is empty. The essence of this brightness is dharma body leaving faraway from thinking (happy empty nondual wisdom) shows up from yogi rather than earthling who are obstructed by foolishness, when the former sleeping consciousness, which can purify dream thinking and wind breath, has purified by its analogue has not arise yet. Its pure brightness is like light flower of candles or sunny sky in autumn. However, because the three now parts are unclear, what seen is not real ultimate brightness—superior meaning truth, therefore should know it as example brightness. The strong brightness in Dao status gets rid of the seeds of what opinion break and what meditation break caused by sleeping and confusion. Therefore, basic brightness suddenly leaves from dust, and this is superior meaning brightness. Meditate as such sleep brightness, should get rid of thinking seeds of Khanda kingdoms, then meditate Pusuku practice in bright status as Lwa-ba-pa, the illusory-like body will achieve in this life. In holding teaching, after holding brightness, let it firm convenience, due to the convenient of withdrawing wind heart or Yuan arising made strong fire burnig,  illusory body arises from discrimination heart of happy and empty melted by Bodhi-chitta, which is the Zhengxiang of three appearance part and bright wind heart. In order let superior meaning brightness show in front, must let most fine wind heart enter stay in brightness by three practices and two quiet thinking door. Use the example of blowing air into mirror, suddenly withdraw and control is whole hold, use the melting of ice in river or pond, gradually withdraw and control is following perish. Using two quiet thinking took illusory body into brightness, and then arise as return perished body, use illusory body with study achieve illusory body without study. As Big Sun Sutra said, “this is like rainbow body, which can be got by meditation.” If meditating dharma really, it is meditating I and all sentient being’s three doors nondual nondifferent three vajra and their nonperishable vowel characters—preliminary practice of two zen concentration, to get rid of karma wind carrying two obstruction now action controlled by bright dot with depending. Then brightness arises, like sunny sky in autumn leaving far away from the dawn empty sky which can be stained by three Yuan, completely habituate to study this let recall firm.
