A Brief Introduction of “Yidam”（6）

One day, when I went to Taer Temple, Qinghai, I saw many worshipers before the Great Golden Tile Palace. Their faces were filled with happiness despite the sweat on their heads. A civilized person turned up his nose at those worshipers, saying, “Pitiable, foolish!” Hearing that, I immediately pitied that civilized person. Having lived a lifetime, if no respect for a certain spirit is born, it is truly pitiful. This person dressed in luxury, with a pretty girl on his arm, living in suffering, but blind to it. Who indeed is the foolish one? There was another person, seeing others giving alms to beggars, he turned up his nose and said, “I never give money to these sloths”. But he did not know that the money offered is for both others and oneself. Your life and character may sublime in countless offerings.

I greatly admire Bill Gates. Not because he is the richest person in the world, but because he donated hundreds of billions of USD to charity. Superficially speaking, he is offering others, but essentially he offers himself at the same time. Before donating, he was only a billionaire, after donating, the gold content in his life can no longer be measured as that of a billionaire. The existence of his life is not only how much money he got from this world, but because tens of thousand of people had their futures brightened due to him, his life is also sublimed.

When you enter the religious world, you will feel many things different from the current fashion. You will sublime your life without realizing it, because those that accompany you are an upward group. When you set your body in the “Yidam” world, your life and soul will have corresponding improvement. When you consistently visualize the image of Yidam, every colour, every dharma item, every posture, has a corresponding secret meaning and symbol to benefit living beings. You refuge to Three Gems, setting wish to benefit living beings, reciting true words in your heart, departing far from foolishness. After enduring infusion, you inevitably leave suffering and get happiness, breaking the greedy obsession of the temporary world and achieving the joy of purity.

Of course, this is only one of aims of Creation Stage.
