Illusory body greed anger self-dissolving(7)
“This is illusion, this is the dharma of illusion, after all(all appearance) is not real but exactly the same as dreams. All pains and joys that sentient beings feel, all diseases and trouble, all and everything that is seen, heard and felt, whether crude or fine, anything is illusory (same as the six realms I visualize), there is no real self nature present…” Repeatedly think and check according to religion and theory, try the best to meditate hard, do not let the seat become cold, continuously meditate, then the yogi will see the true nature that all dharma is like illusions.
The yoga of visualizing the six realms as illusory can clear the habit seed of samsara in six realms. This preliminary practice skilfully contains the meditation methods of tantra that visualize the six realms as having no substance (like illusions) and meditate that the environment the six roots relate to are without substance, without greed and without obsession, greed and anger self dissolving.
After meditating the dharma of preliminary practice, the yogi can formally meditate the vajra illusory body. Because the samaya discipline cannot be broken, the detailed formal meditation content will not be introduced.
When this is perfected, the illusory body meditated can be seen by looking inside with closed eyes at any time, like moon showing up in clear water, appearing but without self nature, appearance and emptiness are no different.
After meditating successfully, this illusory body leave the crude colour body and go anywhere at will. If it is desired to change to another body, this illusory body can enter the body of another person (this point is the same as displacing residence methods). For example, the honoured great saint Saraha used the illusory body to search for a suitable new body when he was old in order to better benefit living beings, but he did not find a satisfactory one and so returned back to his own body. For this reason, the manifested bodies of Saraha mostly appear as an old man until this day. Also, the great national master Zhangjia still lives in Wutai Mountain in the vajra illusory body, unceasingly performing careers that benefit the living. For people who meditate this dharma and achieve Buddhahood in this body, when they reach the tenth bhumi Bodhisattva and right before achieving Buddhahood, this vajra illusory body will disappear like a rainbow, and when it appears again, it will already have turned into the perfect reward body of Vajra Dhara that has combined the seven branches.”
Upper roots who meditate this dharma can achieve Buddhahood in this body. Middle roots can achieve the vajra illusory body right before death when the dharma nature brightness shows up and then swiftly achieve Buddhahood without experiencing bardo. Lower roots can also achieve the illusory body in the early period of bardo if they meditate this dharma diligently and finely. Then they can stay in “bardo” (this is not real bardo) according to their desires, uninterruptedly helping living beings, and if they want to become Buddha, they can freely transform into the reward body Buddha in the later period of “bardo”.
Whether yogi can attain achievement meditating this illusory body dharma depends not only on the root of their own body and hard meditation but also achieving mystic fire which is the foundation of their meditation, and preserving pure faith to guru is the key to this.
Nigu Chakrasambhava Root Tantra states:
“if fast then in 6 months or a year,
if slow in one lifetime, Buddhahood can be achieved”.
And also:
“The illusory body has nothing real and is the path the three roots depend on, respectful faith uninterrupted, the body and the thousands of obvious dharma, with no obsession in appearance or emptiness, like the illusory meditating Buddha body, greed and anger dissolve by themselves enlightening into the 14th bhumi!”
