Summary:

Book is a cultural essay, divided into six parts: Understand the heart, Enlightening the heart, Observe the heart, Practice the heart, Stamp the heart and, Explore into the heart. The six parts has parallel nature only to adapt to different character of contemporary people. Whichever part can lead you go beyond secular life and soul, arriving the other side of the spiritual coast with absolute freedom. The book discloses lots of wisdom Xue Mo discovered in his retreatment for 20 years practicing Mahamudra. But it was explained in an easy going language like some verse used largely by ancient Indian Buddhism.
