孔子说过“仁者乐山，智者乐水”。水有所为有所不为，它“不争”，所以能适应一切险恶的环境。这是水的智慧，也是智者所具备的一种智慧。

As Confucius said, “the benevolent is delighted by mountains; the wise is delighted by water.” Water does certain things while avoiding others. It does not compete, so it can adapt to any threatening environment. This is the wisdom of water, and is the kind of wisdom that all wise people possess.
