The Five Golden Dharma of Niguma is famous not only for the greatness of its achievements but for the swiftness of its attainment.  Without effort, Niguma achieved the undying rainbow body, manifesting her body as pureland. She indeed has exceptional talent, but in the later over 30 honourable lineage guru, many of them with high root attained the highest achievement in six months of retreat. In the 35 lineage gurus before Jianggong Living Buddha, among the first “Seven Jewel” guru, Vajra Dhara lives eternally in the Ghanavyuha realm, the body of Niguma transformed into pureland. Apart from them, the other five of the ‘Seven Jewel’ guru and the later seven “Wheel King Seven Close Jewels” all flew to Dakini holy places without changing from the flesh body. The susequent 21 gurus flew into the Buddha kingdoms with the flesh body or showed many Buddha images in relic bones or materialised many kinds of Sheli during cremation.

According to the saying of Shangpa Kagyu, after one receives the Five Golden Dharma of Niguma, the blessing of Yidam follows them like a shadow, and holy Dakini looks upon them as a beloved child. The lineage is as gold without any impurities, one bead connecting to another without interruption. It is like the unbroken sunlight of a clear sky. Guru in each generation guard the dharma lineage like caring for their own eyes, and its blessing strength has never changed. There are always meditators who are surprised at the god speed of their meditation progress, like the growing seedling in spring. The writer had superior achievement on the first day of meditating the Five Golden Dharma of Niguma, and received the prediction of Vajravarahi. This is due to the pure uprighteousness of the dharma lineage and the mercy of guru.

       The Creation Stage of the “Five Golden Dharma of Niguma” is the preliminary practice for the Perfection Stage and it can be divided into two parts, coarse visualization creation stage and fine visualization creation stage. After perfect meditation, yogi can freely achieve the four careers of extinguishing, increasing, placating and perishing, collectively called Extinguish Increase Placate Perish. Among these, “extinguish” in “extinguishing career” means to extinguish disaster, eliminate disease and obstructions, and extinguish negative karma obstruction etc; “increase” in “increasing career” means to increase and benefit merits, wisdom and power, increase fortune, longevity, fame, money, and kin etc; “placate” in “placate carreer” means to placate, persuade and subdue human and nonhuman, generating the love, respect and willing adherence of all people, and the obedience of dragon heaven and nonhuman etc; “perish” in “perishing career” means to destroy enemies and subdue evil devils etc.
