世界总在不断地发展变化着，我们抓不住什么，也留不下什么，我们很难定格什么东西。所以，明白变化之后，我们会对变化带来的结果，能够全然接受，而不再痛苦，不再焦虑，不再失落。

The world is constantly developing and changing. We cannot catch anything, and we cannot leave anything behind. It's hard for us to keep something forever. Therefore,when we understand the necessity of changes, we will be able to fully accept the results brought by them , and meanwhile won't feel pain, anxiety or lost.
